The room felt quite cramped. There was barely space to open my suitcase fully. The air conditioning didn't seem to work correctly. I had to open a window (it was December!) to regulate the temperature. It was not the experience I was hoping for.

this hotel is very close to namba station. it also has a direct train to and from the airport. the onsen was inside the hotel, i loved it. the hotel has self check in and check out which i found easy.

the walls seemed thin. i could hear people talking next door. i also heard hammering sounds from a room below. luggage storage wasn't free, i thought that was a bit much.

The hotel location was very strategic. I found the adjacent location to the station very convenient. I also enjoyed the onsen facilities. The hotel was CLEAN.

The standard double room was TOO small. I found it a bit difficult to manage luggage. There was no space to store clothes.

i found a 7-eleven convenience store on the fourth floor it was handy i bought snacks and drinks late at night. the onsen facilities stood out it was a perfect way for me to unwind. the hotel's cleanliness was striking everything seemed new and very well kept. i enjoyed a fantastic city view from the rooftop pool and jacuzzi i could relax while taking in the skyline.
